Job Purpose/ Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting problems related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backup and recovery procedures, system upgrades, and patches.
  • Ensure that IT systems and infrastructure are secure, reliable, and perform optimally.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams and stakeholders to ensure that systems and infrastructure are integrated and functioning correctly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in IT technical support or related field.
